Brant Phillips was unaware of this issue that had gone on for several months, but once he was made aware he went above and beyond to resolve the issue swiftly. We dealt with Walter Perez whom was professional and on point- I will say Houston Capital Home Buyers was easy to deal with and stuck to their word when it came to closing. We had a property that is in pretty bad disrepair that was inherited. We just wanted to get rid of it and Walter walked us through the entire process. They are serious when it comes to being 'cash buyers' and we were able to close within weeks of them originally seeing the house. Their initial offer out of the gate was fair and they didn't waste any time in playing games or trying to obfuscate or pull something.
