Meet Brant Phillips

I’m Brant Phillips, founder of Houston Capital Home Buyers.

For more than 18 years, I’ve been helping homeowners throughout the Houston area solve real estate problems by providing simple, honest, and straightforward solutions. During that time, I’ve purchased, renovated, rented, financed, and sold hundreds of properties while building multiple companies in the real estate industry.

Like many entrepreneurs, I didn’t start with wealth or investors. I started with determination. I launched my investing career while living in an apartment with very little money and even used a credit card to help purchase my first investment property. That experience taught me the value of hard work, creative problem-solving, and keeping my word—principles that continue to guide our company today.

At Houston Capital Home Buyers, our goal isn’t simply to buy houses—it’s to help people. Every homeowner’s situation is different, whether they’re facing costly repairs, inherited a property, dealing with an unwanted rental property, relocating, going through probate or divorce, or simply looking for a fast and hassle-free sale.

We take the time to understand each situation and provide honest recommendations. In fact, if selling on the open market is a better option for a homeowner, we’ll say so. Our priority is helping you make the decision that’s right for you.

As a licensed Realtor, investor, author, and business owner, I’ve had the opportunity to see real estate from every angle. That experience allows us to provide solutions tailored to each seller’s unique needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

I’m a proud Texas native and a graduate of Sam Houston State University. Before entering the real estate industry, I served seven years in law enforcement. Those experiences shaped my commitment to integrity, accountability, and treating people the way I’d want my own family to be treated.
