Here are some things to watch out for when you’re selling your home to a Real Estate Investor
1. Not being honest about who is actually buying your home
2. Bringing investors/strangers into your home over and over again
3. Asking for a reduction in price on the last day of the option period or at the closing table.
4. And the worst, they go AWOL on the day of closing because they don’t have a buyer or the cash to buy your home.
